The Month
Every month, Happyclown will select a respected member of our Global Societies to be the Happyclown of the Month. To be a Happyclown one must possess the following distinctive Happyclown characteristics. A Happyclown must be a person of great power and importance that has dedicated his or her life to happily helping the world’s Global Society further unite and improve our world. Every Happyclown must be committed to putting the best interests of the Global Society ahead of all smaller issues and, most importantly, a Happyclown must always have a handsome smile.

August's Happyclown, NASA Administrator Daniel S. Goldin, is working with Russian Space Agency (RSA) Director Yuri Koptev today along with other international Space Agencies to undertake the International Mars Mission (IMM) which will lead to the Martian Oosterbeek Habitat. Over the next 16 years the IMM will be sending experimental probes and unmanned spacecraft to provide the experience and information needed to undertake the Martian Oosterbeek Habitat. By the year 2013 the construction of the Martian Oosterbeek Habitat will be largely completed and the Mars colony will be largely self sufficient. The Martian Oosterbeek Habitat will be a facility for scientific research as well as a comfortable Corporate Retreat for the philanthropic Bilderberg Group, which will make the new Mars Oosterbeek Habitat its new permanent home.
