Reaching For Tomorrow
Date: 1995. Length: 9:50
The Estranged: smothered on ground
under blood and heat
reaching for tomorrow
between hailin' shells
'n' fallen angels.
Once the raining rage reaches resolve
the estranged might rise to realize
-- fall and all --
they are sealed here
forever and far
beyond tomorrow
Special thanks to: Conrad Alexandrowicz Theatrical Dance, Rumble Theatre, and Mandrake Theatre for the memorable creative interaction; Paul Dolden and the Sonic Studio at Simon Fraser University for providing studio resources; and DB Boyko of the Western Front for providing financial assistance through the Recommender program of the Province of British Columbia's Cultural Services Branch.
