ATIVA was founded on September 1, 1988, in the city of Curitiba, State of Paraná, Brazil, with head offices in the borough known as the Botanical Gardens. It is made up of two partners, an executive and a financial director. It’s corporate objective is the area of the "manufacture, distribution and marketing of natural and whole-grain food products, beverages, pastas, cereals, cookies, sweets and their byproducts, herbs for tea and flours; the import, export of the same, manufacturers’ representation, consulting and marketing, technical assistance in marketing for companies and services related to the marketing of food services and products, clothing, homeopathic medicine,
vitamins, mineral salts, substances and related products designed for defending and protecting health".
