Mr. George C. Eyre combines a technical background in mathematics and computer science with law. He has ten years experience as a computer professional with companies such as Bell Canada, I.B.M., and CBS Records. During those years, he learned to listen and solve problems by dealing with executives of major corporations as well as with employees at all levels.

George C. Eyre is a lawyer, trade mark agent and computer consultant whose practice concentrates on intellectual property, corporate and commercial law and the protection, financing, licensing and transfer of technology together with related corporate and commercial matters.

He has experience in drafting and negotiating computer contracts such as requests for proposals, master computer system acquisition agreements, hardware purchase agreements, software license and development agreement, outsource agreements as well as employment or consultant agreements.

As a registered Canadian and American trade mark agent, Mr. Eyre registers and prosecutes Canadian and American Trade Marks.
