Pricing
Our price per word, in U.S. Dollars, is $0.10, for overseas clients. For translations originating in Brazil, we follow the Board of Trade price list for sworn translations, which varies from State to State. Contact us for details.
We encourage potential clients to shop around. Our prices are very competitive, and certainly unparalleled with regard to quality and value.
Turn-around time depends on the size of the document. 5-7 working days is the norm for most documents, although this can vary. Rush jobs, delivered the same or next day, can be accommodated for a surcharge.

Payment
Payment is due in full upon delivery of the translated document. There can be no extensions, unless arranged in advance and agreed to by both parties in writing. Payment from abroad can be made by, Visa or MasterCard, charged in the U.S., certified cheque, international money order or wire transfer. Documents are delivered in any format(s) that clients wish: Hard copies can picked up at our Rio offices or sent by courier at no extra charge. We can also send documents over the Internet or by modem.
In the event that any minor modifications need to be made to the document after delivery, they will be done free of charge. Under some circumstances, discounts on subsequent translations may be arranged for referrals of new clients. Please inquire about details.
